Kat DeLong, M.Ed., RMHCI

Kat is a National Board Certified Counselor, a Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician, and a Phase 1 & Phase 2 trained Brainspotting Clinician. Kat is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management to provide intervention services after crisis events and is an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. Kat is also a certified SYMBIS and LoveWell facilitator offering comprehensive, research based pre-marital & marital assessments.

 

Kat works with all ages offering a personalized approach to each client's unique needs. Kat utilizes various interventions ranging from talk therapy, play therapy, art therapy, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

 

Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting are the most requested forms of therapy as they are extremely target & provides significant, immediate, and lasting results in the majority of all cases. Kat has used ART and Brainspotting to successfully treat a myriad of concerns with children, adolescents, and adults.
