Art Well Institute is a 501(c)(3), and a separate entity from Artwell Counseling. Artwell Institute was created on the belief that every child deserves access to quality mental health care regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnicity, and sociocultural availability. All too often, the mental health care needs of children go unaddressed due to financial hardship and lack of available services.
Our mission is to advocate for the mental health care needs of children and adolescents while educating on the impact that proper mental health care in childhood has on families, our communities, and our world. Art Well Institute believes providing opportunities for children to discover and express their unique, creative gifts is foundational to improving mental health and serves as a vital stepping stone in the healing process.

Art Well Institute operates from the generous support of members in our community who are invested in addressing the mental health care crisis & mental health care needs of children and adolescents who may otherwise not have access to services.​

Supporters can also purchase items off of the Art Well Institute Target and Amazon wish lists from the links below. These items go into our community resource bank to be used by our Artwell families. Supporters can also donate towards, or purchase sensory kits from the link below which are provided to our Artwell children to be used in their homes.
