ABOUT ME
My name is Kat and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah and Vermont and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or a loved one, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, I’m here to support you.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, meaning your unique experiences, challenges, and goals guide our work together. Healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to walk alongside you offering support, guidance, and evidence-based care as you navigate life’s ups and downs. You don’t have to go through this alone. If Artwell Counseling is not the best fit, I'll do my best to get you to another therapist or practice who is.
