What are Therapy Intensives?

Sometimes, a single 50-minute session doesn’t provide enough time or space to fully process deeper issues or make the progress you’re seeking. Therapy Intensives offer an opportunity to focus deeply and intentionally on your healing in an extended, structured format. These sessions are ideal for individuals wanting to address specific goals, resolve trauma, or accelerate personal growth in a supportive and focused environment.

Therapy Intensives combine evidence-based, trauma-informed methods such as:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) – a powerful eye-movement therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and replace them with calm, resolved images.

  • Brainspotting – a focused technique that helps identify, process, and release emotional and physical distress stored in the body.

  • Solution-Focused Interventions – practical, goal-oriented methods designed to help you identify strengths, create change, and move toward tangible outcomes.

Each intensive is customized to your needs and goals, integrating a combination of modalities, grounding techniques, and guided processing work. Together, we create a personalized plan that targets your specific challenges while supporting emotional regulation and lasting change.

Therapy Intensives may be scheduled as:

  • Half-day sessions (2–3 hours) for targeted focus on a specific concern or trauma.

  • Full-day or multi-day formats for more comprehensive healing and deep processing.
